I bet Zacha is the guy who would add a lot of incentive to trading down. Potential high end talent still sitting at #7 (Just hope New Jersey doesn't take him)

Coyotes have the 30th pick too so if they were to get 7 and 29 for example, that gives them three first rounders

Also, the Coyotes need to get to the cap floor, maybe they would take one of the Flyers d-men? Maybe throw in one of those guys along with 7 and 29 to get to 3?

Pronger makes 575k for two more seasons but has a cap hit of 4.9. He could be a good cap floor option but our roster would still be cluttered

I would rather move up from 29 than from 7. I think 3-11ish are all pretty close. Marner and Hanifin probably a little bit above the rest, but I think it takes a lot of value to move from 7 to 3 and the better player might be taken at 7 anyway.

I think there is more of a drop after about 17-18, so if they can move Schenn or Grossmann and 29 to move up in that range, that would be awesome. Even if they moved a 3rd or 4th in addition to it or something.

Ideally we go one defensemen and one forward. I don't actually expect the Flyers to draft Sprong or Kylington in the next million years.

Damien Cox's mock last week had Provorov going 4th to the Leafs. Certainly some speculation on Twitter. That would really mess things up. I'd hate to see the Devils luck into one of the top 5 guys.

Provorov, Crouse, and Zacha are the wildcards. They are going to make the picks after McDavid and Eichel very interesting.

6. Whatever happens with Dubnyk, no one would be surprised if the Wild go for a goalie or two in the draft. It’s an organizational need. Same for Philadelphia. Expectation is the Flyers are interested in bolstering that position.

Samsonov seems like the most talked about goalie yet I really haven't seen him in the 1st much. I wouldn't count on Minnesota taking him in the 1st. At least with us it'll be our 2nd pick in the 1st round and its 29th overall. If we really like a goalie enough to take him 29th I won't be angry

A d-man will definitely be taken with one of the two first round picks, imo - so I think if they go forward with the 7th pick, then I don't think they go goalie with the other first rounder

Assuming we get a good forward and defensemen in the 1st round it wouldn't hurt to pick even two goalies between the 2nd and 3rd round. Load up

I swap Barzal and zacha and take crouse off the list. Otherwise I agree 100%
