Heck of a game from Henry Burris last night (new CFL record for completions in a game, over 500 yards through the air).

/Nice to see Mr. Ego Jim Popp take a beating

Nice to have a home playoff game secured before Thanksgiving. Not a great game from the Stamps (Cornish had a fine game), but they managed to eke out a 23-20 win over the Ti-Cats at Tim Horton's Field. .

@tsnmikehogan: #Argos will play Oct 17 'home' game against Calgary at Tim Horton's Field in Hamilton. Announcement expected in next day or so. #CFL.

The Argos are truly Canada's team, forget this Blue Jays nonsense.

The poor Argos got to be counting down the days until they get their new stadium. Why this year they've had home games in Fort Macmurray and now Hamilton, yeah they truly are "Canadas Team"

Here's a fun fact - If the Blue Jays make it to the World Series, the Jays, Leafs, Raptors, and Argos will all play on October 30th.

Calgary lost a Jarome a few years ago, they got a Jerome today.

The Calgary Stampeders have acquired running back Jerome Messam and a 2016 fifth round-pick from the Saskatchewan Roughriders in exchange for kicker Tyler Crapigna, a 2016 third-round pick and the rights to a negotiation list player.

The 30-year-old Canadian has rushed for 826 yards with two touchdowns in 15 games with the Roughriders this season.

Calgary will be without running back Jon Cornish for their clash with the Toronto Argonauts this Saturday due to neck stiffness.

I guess Cornish is undergoing concussion protocol testing this week (listed as being out with a stiff neck). Huf going all-in for the Cup in his last year as head coach.

Good question and I don't know the answer. You wonder how much longer he will play football though, the dude is a smart guy and needs to protect his melon for life after football.

I should also mention that earlier in the day, the Riders sent Kevin Glenn to Montreal. Als going for the cross-over to the West.
