Iggy rushed that pass. Curry came free on a screen as he Iggy was passing it to Klay

Kings at home after 3 days off, with talk about them making a playoff run and Boogie saying he believes they'll make it, and what do they do? Lay a complete egg against a bad Pelicans team. I need to stop believing in this possibly being a playoff team when they're just not. The Jazz or Blazers deserve the 8th spot more and will get it. Same shit, different year.

It happens.

72-10 is a great record for a reason. It is so hard to keep it up as bodies get dinged up and the schedule drains on the body. They dont have to explain being 36-3 to anyone.

I expect the Spurs to cool off as well and likely end up around 58-61 wins. They are not a 70 win team either.
The pace is unsustainable.

It could happen.

But, I hope they don't.

I want them to be healthy in the playoffs.
that was quite the Clippers starting lineup last night.....

Chris Paul
JJ Redick
Paul Pierce
Mbah Moute
Cole Aldridge

...lol....let me guess- thats not quite what it looked like against the Rockets in the 2nd round last year?

Cp3 is still a top 5 pg.

He made Cole Aldrich look like a credible starter.

Excellent point.

Being durable is an important part of the equation.

That is the very thing that makes Deandre so valuable to the Clippers.

Jordan hasn't missed a game since 2011.

* waits for him to tear his acl next game cause I jinxed him*

I am the fracking Harbinger of Doom.

He missed a game the day I posted this ..

:sad2:

Klay will for sure blame it on Green being out. Expect a comment from Klay in a few days stating the Warriors would be 38-0 if they were healthy.

Are they planning to keep Barnes on the bench?

Probably for the time being. Couple factors in Barnes still playing off the bench but mostly because Rush has earned his role for the time being with his play. He's been fantastic in his role.

Barnes also hasn't shown any explosiveness since his return. I think the plan for him is to get him going with the second unit, but that just hasn't happened thus far.

Give credit to the Nuggets, they came out to play and earned that win.

Draymond being out was a huge factor though. Ignoring this would be dumb. Draymond is the best defender the Warriors have, he's also leading the team in Rebounds and Assists. That's crazy.

The Warriors couldn't go to their small lineup because no one in the NBA can replicate what Draymond does for this team. The Warriors struggled out of the gate because he was equally missed on both ends of the court. He would have normally guarded Gallo much of the game and he went off. He would have also been in there instead of Bogut down the stretch where his guy, Arthur, hit uncontested jumper after jumper.

The Warriors honestly were unprepared on how to handle Draymond not being out there. That's where the Nuggets earned their victory. They knew a secondary play maker was not around, so they hedged high and hard up on any of the pick and rolls. Jason Thompson or Mo Speights, and even Barnes to a lesser degree, are not going to be able to make the same drive and kicks Dray does frequently if teams double Curry or Klay. The Nuggets game planned extremely well. All credit to them.
