Curry and Iguodala doing those ridiculous shimmy dances at the end of the game came off as so obnoxious and cocky... yet I know if it was my team doing it I would love it.

My amazement of the Warriors is through the roof... as is my annoyance for them and my desire for them to lose.

Warriors don't win if Kendrick Perkins was healthy. Doc have any good excuses for last night's defeat?

Without cheating can someone here tell me which team has the 3rd best record out west? I was pleasantly surprised

My first thought was Phoenix, but I don't think that's right.

That is likely a function of the West being a bit off this season as well.

Credit to Dallas...... but so far the West has been a dud and the east is looking better overall in the early stages.

Solid Playoff teams from recent history like Houston, Portland, and Memphis are off to woeful starts.
Contenders like the Clippers and Thunder have been uneven at times.
The Spurs have played almost entirely bad teams. They have been not really challenged much.

I doubt it lasts, but the tide had to shift eventually to a better balance.

Yep, so far the Warriors and Spurs are looking like the contenders we expected them to be. The Rockets, Grizzlies, Pelicans and (to a lesser extent) Thunder & Clippers... on the other hand.... not so much.

If this keeps up (I doubt it does)... we might have to start talking about the Warriors' and Spurs' "walk to the conf Finals" at the same level as the Cavs' supposed walk to the Finals.
