When I was in the Navy stationed overseas in Japan, I entered a blind draw NCAA tournament pool and picked the Wolverines.

I had never seen a NCAA game that didn't in life UCLA.

That game against Mashburn won me $800 bucks.

now HERE we agree. trust me I have no love for the Suns(well, I don't have any for the Spurs either, but I DO respect them), but that was the most punk-assed plays i'd ever seen...and DEFINITELY disagreed with the ruling AFTER that playoff game...

Yep, just like Chief Lakers said...no ifs and about it...

Question: I have noticed that the Clippers and Lakers play the same teams, back to back.

Is that new?

I mean it makes sense from a logistical standpoint for Eastern Teams.

But, I don't recall it being this way very often in the past.

Yeah, that sucked. If memory serves, they got the suspensions for leaving the bench which is an automatic suspension. So unfortunately, Stern didn't really have a choice. Imo, the commissioner should have the option of having them serve the suspension at the start of the following season. Seems wrong that an entire series can change because guys were defending a teammate.

Yeah, it was for leaving the bench. I get they don't want to change the rules on something like that but when you see your teammate get hit like that it's just an instinct to go out and defend him. Really fucked over the Suns, I guess "clutch Horry" is not just got making shots.
