I know I've never posted anything about Donte Moncrief before but...

Another observation: Moncrief was tied for the 2nd-best 10-yard split, but he was also the 6th biggest WR at the combine at 221 pounds. Man crush rising...

Seastrunk's explosion is really showing in the vertical and the broad. He's a really sudden RB that can change directions on a dime, and has a pretty solid RB frame and lower body too.

Not too many great RBs in this draft but he's right there and could be the top guy taken depending on the situation.

Hello kick returner.

Said a similar thing a few posts before about replacing LMJ.

Trade LMJ for a 3rd or 4th (I know unrealistic but can hope) and get this man on our team. He can be our new 3rd down back and Punt/KO returner.

Jordan Matthews - WR - Commodores

Vanderbilt WR Jordan Matthews clocked an official 4.46 second forty time.

His "unofficial" times were announced at 4.40 and 4.44 seconds, respectively. Matthews (6-foot-3, 209 pounds) is the SEC's career record holder for receptions with 364 and receiving yards with 4,950. The former Alabama prep star made scouts swoon at the Senior Bowl and is a potential first-round pick.

I'm sold except for the mystery of his 10 yard split.

He's better off playing basketball with those hops. With how deep this draft is, I wouldn't touch him until the late 3rd mid 4th round:

Allen Robinson - WR - Nittany Lions

Penn State WR Allen Robinson ran an official 4.60 forty time and leaped to a 39-inch vertical.

The 6-foot-3, 220-pound receiver's unofficial times were announced at 4.56 and 4.60, about as expected. Robinson displays good body control, run after the catch skill and foot speed to separate from defenders. He might not be a first-round pick, but the productive former Nittany Lions' star will likely be selected in the top-50.

Brandin Cooks just ran the top 20 yard shuttle time in 9 years at 3.81

He had a blazing 60-yard shuttle too: 10.72

3cone was 6.76. Yikes!

This is a player who everyone knows but rarely being discussed during the draft process and even during the college football season. He's underrated. Definitely not a #1 potential, but someone who has what it takes to be regarded as as reliable #2 or slot receiver in the league. He reminds me of the annoying Seattle Seahawks type like receivers (Tate, Kearse, Baldwin) that we never seem to be able to cover.

TJ Jones - WR - Fighting Irish

Notre Dame WR T.J. Jones ran an official 4.48 second forty-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

He posted unofficial times of 4.40 and 4.50. Jones is under 6-feet and 200 pounds, but NFL Network analyst and NBC Notre Dame football broadcaster Mike Mayock calls him a "prototype slot receiver" due to Jones' supreme quickness and cutting ability. Fighting Irish coach Brian Kelly called Jones the best route runner in college football last season. While his upside won't make anyone swoon, Jones' downside is that of a long-term backup. You'll hear his name called in the middle rounds.
