If they had a good chance at Lebron I would say trade the pick, but it is unlikely so I say Wiggins he fits in with Cleveland more than Parker.

Realistically the best thing is to go for Love, but I don't think that will happen.

Probably 3rd. Parker has similar hype, similar defensive issues but Parker is a bigger player. So Wiggins, Parker, Irving.
