Less than 24 hours away. Let's get this thing started.

As of right now, no major picks have been traded.

I know the Lakers were shopping the #7 pick, but now it's being reported that the chances of them keeping it are about 75%.

Of course, all kinds of things can happen as the draft gets closer.

If teams actually think they have a realistic chance of signing James, then tomorrow night might be one of the most active trading nights we've ever seen.

Do you think Lakers take Embiid if he falls to 7?

I'm not sure. The Lakers are being very closed mouth about what they intend to do (which is usually a good thing). As intrigued as I am with his talent, his injuries scare the hell out of me. I think I might prefer to see them take Randle, Smart or Gordon over Embiid.

I'm also on the Elfrid Payton bandwagon and wouldn't mind seeing them take him over Embiid.

I like Payton too, but I think it's too much of a reach at 7. Can't pass up guys like Smart or Gordon if they're available.

Yeah it is (of course we all thought the same about the finals too.).

I agree with turnup though, with Lebron out there we are likely to see all kinds of moves being made tomorrow. We can probably count 'Melo being in the mix as well.

You're probably right about that. But I'm staying on his bandwagon.

Are they showing nationally that the Big 3 met a South Beach restaurant for all to see?

I ( hopefully) but honestly think they are just soaking up the attention and privately laughing at the talking heads.

This really isn't that hard. If Wade/Bosh opt out, they've obviously come up with a plan they can all live with.

If either doesn't opt out, he's gone.
I believe that Wade would tell Riley if he wasn't opting out.
He's only hurting himself to act otherwise.

I've read the potential possible new Big 3's, and I think that hands down the Warriors would be deadly if they traded for Love, and then threw James, Curry, Love at teams. Plus they still would have cap space.
They would compliment each other perfectly on the offensive end.

It's been reported out here that the 3 were seen meeting. Not much is being made of it though. The consensus out here is that anything and everything being reported and seen is simply b.s. and/or posturing.

Pretty excited. The draft should be held about a month earlier than this.

Cant wait for the Draft. My team the Bulls has 2 picks or they are going to trade up. Either way it should be a good night for my Bulls. If they keep both picks 1 will be over the sea guy and the other will be a shooter. Very excited.

There's no perfect timing.
IMO the draft needs to be before FA begins because not all FA sign right away.
Therefore teams can address FA knowing who they drafted.

First slot is Draftexpress. Second is NBAdraftnet

1. Cavs: Wiggins, Wiggins
Cavs taking Wiggins seems like a no brainer. He can play defense and can play without the ball

2. Bucks: Parker, Parker
Probably the best pick for a team that can hide him on defense. Might eventually just be a stretch 4 on both ends. Tweener forwards usually dont work out at the top of the draft but Parker should be different

3. Sixers: Embiid, Embiid
I just dont see them full on tanking another year with another skinny injured Center prospect. I think Vonleh makes a lot of sense here as a stretch 4 guy. Chad Ford thinks they might trade Carter-Williams and take Exum here but that seems really bold.

4. Magic: Exum, Exum
I like Embiid here. He is really too talented to fall much further despite the injury. Exum seems odd with Oladipo. Who is going to shoot the ball?

5. Jazz: Vonleh, Vonleh
Exum is the biggest talent and I see the Jazz rolling the dice on the 18 year old.

6. Celtics: Smart, Smart
I guess everyone thinks Rondo is gone. I like Randle at this point. He is similar to what they already have but with a much bigger upside.

7. Lakers: Randle, Randle
I like Aaron Gordon here because of his upside and how well he works without the ball. Comps have been to Shawn Marion and Kawaii Leonard after the Blake Griffin comps died down. Probably a hybrid of all three.

8. Kings: Payton, Gordon
I think Marcus Smart goes around here. Kings need a big PG who can play D and distribute the ball. Not sure Smart is that player but he cant drop that far

9. Bobcats: McDermott, Payton
McDermott seems like a good fit so Ill slot him here

10. Sixers: Gordon, Harris
Nik Stauskas would be my guess

11. Nuggets: Stauskas, Nurkic
Nurkic would be my guess

12. Magic: Nurkic, Hood
Hood would be my guess

13. T'Wolves: LaVine, Stauskas
LaVine would be my guess

14. Suns: Harris, McDermott
Maybe they stash a big like Dario Saric here.

I get the Payton hype but this draft might be too rich for him to be a lottery pick

The NFL draft needs to be moved up not the NBA draft.

Um why would you hold the draft during the.conference finals?

The playoffs need to be best of five till the finals. It's pretty ridiculous having the Playoffs last so freaking long.
