Bodine was ranked #1 C until Marcus martin entered draft. then Richburg took over #2 spot. Richburg had a very difficult time keeping weight on, playing at 298 lbs, and it was a known fact he struggled. Kind of like Raiola. But, Richburg gained 6 lbs to get to 304. Richburg has the smarts over anyone, from what I read. I watched in a game against Bama and held his own expect bigger stronger Dt's would bull-rush him, put him on the ground. had me worry if he could anchor

I was wondering why we skipped over him. Didn't know much about him to be honest.

I think you are spot on there. Doesn't that type make for a better guard than center though?

I am not crazy about the bad habits Swanson has but that can be corrected. You need to have a certain head for being a center and I think he has it. Especially for a pass first team.

Yes it does. I talked about him being versatile. Swanson seems for suited 4 RG, IMO, with slower physical traits. But he is smart, just not athletic and strong enough for the time being. He gets a full year in a NFL training camp, pre-season, off-season and the plus is I really like OL coach Washburn.

Mettenberger has lazy slow feet and gets rattled in the pocket. doesn't move well, loses his focus down field, eyes not as good. Savage over Mettenberger

I would say Princeton DT Caraun Reid. he is compared to Sammie Lee Hill. athletic, good feet, violent hands, agile laterally, needs to get up to speed but has an explosive burst

You could throw in CB Kendall James from Maine. Smallish but very smart player though. Honey badger light.

Yeah, Bryant had the most upside except for Savage that was left. If he worked hard, he has a #1 WR skill set.

I am very glad we did not get McGill, I watched every Utah game this year and every deep play it was almost guaranteed to be McGills guy going deep.

I would love to see Trevor Reilly taken in a later round, he is older, but he was easily the best player on the Utes last year.
