he's not better than Quin is right now. Quin can play CB, FS, SS and all very well... Dix couldn't come close to that style of play.. he's the best FS in this draft, IMO... just wouldn't be the best on the Lions right after draft

That's the whole point.. FS is more important than SS imo.. Quinn is a solid SS, but I think a great FS on a defense goes a long way..

"With his next two picks, Martin Mayhew is rumored to have his eye on a new Nacho Clerk and a 'sleeper' at Foam Finger Vendor."

Ebron is a beast and the Lions can use him in a lot of different ways. Its a bonus that they have Pettigrew because he can block and still be a short yardage threat. This opens things up for everyone on the offense.

Honestly, Ebron reminds me of Jared Cook. A guy with some talent but horrible hands.

No it isn't.. Pettigrew blows.. I would have been fine with Williams and Ebron.. But it's a head scratcher because they resigned fuckstick..

The same guys pissed about Ebron will be the same ones talking about how good he is when we trash talk with other fans. Lmaooooooo. Now that's funny.

Unless Ebron puts up stats like Rob Gronkowski or Jimmy Graham, he isn't worthy of a top 10 pick.

There is a reason why Detroit is the only team in the NFL in the past 10 years to draft 2 TE's in the top 20 picks. I'm guessing I could probably go back another 10 years and Detroit would still be the only team to draft two TE's in the top 20 picks.

The best part is -- he won't even be on the field all the time, unless we are running two TE sets, as he isn't going to be blocking for us.
