Didn't say we didn't have bigger needs, but there are only certain positions that Marvin and Mike believe in drafting early. LB and S aren't priority positions. They're NOT drafting a QB. CB is a possibility as mentioned.

If Dalton keeps playing like this I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility.

I see no circumstance where we draft a QB. I wouldnt get too excited about the idea. Marvin loves Dalton.

Gruden loves Dalton. I'm not so sure about Marv. I'm also not to sure Gruden will be here next year.

I don't think Mariota or Manziel's games translates to the NFL to the point where they would be a huge improvement over Dalton. An improvement, but not anyone we'd be building around.

I think they are 2 of the Franchise QBs in this draft. I probably have them 2 and 3.......maybe 2 and 4 in this draft.

Doesn't matter. The curse of Boomer still lives with us. No matter what QB we have or ever will have will suck asshole. So just take the next fucking bum that is going to suck and we can start this process again in 4 more years. Yippie. Love this fucking team. *barfs*

Fucking morons.

I'm not a Manziel fan. I think the NFL will have the read option solved over the course of the next few seasons and QBs are going to have to be able to stand in the pocket and win games. I'm not convinced he can. I also question his maturity, and don't need a brat playing QB. Mariota is still a question too, but not as much of one. He needs to prove he can play in an NFL offense, but he's bigger and stronger than Manziel.

Hell, let's just trade Dalton to Jacksonville for Gabbert straight up. Our offense would be unstoppable then.

Well I don't think there's any doubt where the Bengals will concentrate in next year's Draft. Thank goodness there are 5 CBs with 1st Rd grades for the Bengals to chose from.

1. Ifo Ekpre-Olomu CB 5'10" 190 Oregon
2. Marcus Roberson CB 5'11½" 195 Florida
3. Loucheiz Purifoy CB 6'0" 185 Florida
4. Jason Verrett CB 5'9⅜" 174 TCU
5. Bradley Roby CB 5'11⅛" 193 Ohio State

After watching Megatron torch us, I would like to think the one we draft next will at least be tall.

I'm not 100% sure we go CB in round 1. Should we? Yeah probably, but there is good depth at the position this year.

A guy I really like that everyone should keep their eye on is Kyle Fuller from VT. Kid has been fantastic this season.

If he keeps playing the way he has been this season, he could sneak into the late first round. Above average in coverage, but probably the best tackler at his position in the country. So good, that VT will often line him up at whip linebacker, as well as corner. He's also a smart kid.

If we could get him in the 2nd round, I think it would be a very good pick

Absolutely. Love him. Shut Cooper for Bama down the 1st game of the season.

At some point, some team is going to find a marginal WR who is 6'3" and convince him to play CB. He'd be an immediate impact player in the secondary with his height. Of course, assuming he knows how to play at least a little.

Sounds like a good replacement for Hall -- A corner that can tackle and be used in several spots on the field. Probably would be a good nickel corner.

Tubbs said before the Hall injury that we should go CB in rounds 1 and 2. I think this is especially true now.

He's shut down everyone he's matched up against this year. Amari Cooper just shows you that he's able to guard NFL talent.

The scary part, is he could very well be the the 4th best DB on Virginia Tech's team right now as far as NFL talent is concerned.

His brother is fucking awesome. Or at least what I have watched of him.
