Correct, I'm not sure what ranks they were previously in the year, Moore has always had a pretty decent rating though

Moore was NR.

Desptie the ranking jump I'm not sure Nebraska even wants Smith. Has back up plan written all over him. Alexander commit confused me in that respect. They obviously believe he's a better prospect.
