Tell me about it, I just spent 2 hours in a meeting where I am told perception matters more than my work....... My boss is not thrilled that I am more then happy to just do my job and not talk about the big successes, he feels it is a negative to the team.

So to recap I spent 2 hours pulled away from work to talk about how actual work does not matter if people don't know about it.

It kind of makes sense, but I don't give a shit, I am awesome at what I do, let me do it.
