I have a feeling they didn't just say, "oh you lost some tickets, here's a couple more" and send them out the door. Maybe it's just the tinfoil hat I wear, but I think they probably did a bit of fact checking to verify tickets were indeed stolen. They were probably sold promptly to a ticket broker

I don't see how getting their tickets stolen makes them morons. They are victims of a crime.

And if they were the original buyer of the tickets, you can easily get tickets re-issued. Goodell just used this as a nice PR bump for the league.

the women are morons. while i dont believe their story one bit, any grown woman who cant hold on to her wallet while traveling deserves the consequences. If her story is even remotely true, it is more likely she left her wallet behind somewhere then someone in the san francisco airport stole it from her.

you dont find it odd that this just happened to occur to seattle fans in san fran? i dont believe this story at all. girl had her backup sad story about her family ready to go if the "stolen" ticket angle didnt pan out.
