Jim or Joe?
The more I think about it, the more I don't like this two game suspension...What's Joe supposed to do, just let Perron fly by unimpeded? He comes out of the box, establishes his position on the ice, and Perron literally skates into him with his head down because he's receiving a suicide pass from a defenseman. Nothing predatory about the hit at all.
As Freddie the Fog Shero said, "If it's fancy skating they want, let them go to the Ice Capades"
$2500 fine okay, but then should have been it.

The more I look at the hit, the more I think that Joe could have at least attempted to make it look like he was trying to avoid it.
