IF this is true, OK, but for the series Butler was at 40.8% shooting and 19.8 PPG. Warren was at 47% and 20 ppg. Jimmy's team won because his bench was a tad better.

He is a much better defender and better team defense for Miami. Miami has the more talented roster and Butler, I think he isn't the best leader but Warren isn't much of a leader and wasn't expected to be the Pacers #1 option. Warren had a hell of a bubble but he kind went back to what he truly is as a player. Not much of a rival when they are different caliber players tbh.

I think Warren is getting a bad rap because he came down to Earth after playing like MJ for a few games. Not something that should be held against him IMO.

He's a very good player IMO. Elite? No chance. all star caliber though.

My initial comments were made as someone who likes Butler and has never been a critic of his.
