He is damn good in the regular season. Just had his most efficient regular season of his career as he finished the year at 23/6/5 on 54% shooting. He just pace himself.

The biggest difference is he isn't as aggressive in the regular season. He goes from 13-14 shots per game in the regular season to about 19 in the playoffs

They were dumb as fuck for leaving him off the all star team. He should make an All NBA though which is more prestigious

Can you imagine playoff Jimmy working around the extra attention that Embiid gets? Sixers fucked up. If they dealt Simmons instead of Butler they’d probably have a ring by now. Sixers fucked up.

It's painful to think of what might have been if they got rid of Simmons earlier and kept Jimmy Buckets, but I have moved on. I am at least glad they got something for Simmons in the end.
