Would you rather have Herro and Giannis not miss any games?
Not about them. Which team depth is better? If you ask yourself last week prior to game 1, which team is better 4-10? The answer is bucks and not even close

Yeah, in Giannis' case, he lost Giannis.

Losing Herro is tough.

But the Heat would have to lose Jimmy instead of Herro for it to be even.
Losing Butler would make it worst for Miami actually. Milwaukee has 2 other top 25 players in their team in Jrue and Middleton. Not to mention Brook and Bobby Portis.

Oh, get this. Miami has a losing record without Herro this season. Guess what the Bucks record is without Giannis.

Losing Herro is bad. No one is saying otherwise. But you're acting like it's somehow as bad as the Bucks losing Giannis...based on what we just watched, it's apparently not.

If you say Giannis is a bigger lost than Herro, that’s fine

Just don’t say we’re lucky with the injury bug like the other guy said. Especially since Giannis is expected to return and Herro is missing the remaining of the series. And now looks like Dipo is out as well.

I agree. But that's not the point I'm making. They are the 1 you are th 8. Of course they are better.

God help @WiggyRuss if the Heat beat the #1 seed and the Cavs get bounced in the first round LOL

The Heat are still big underdogs but they aren't going out quietly. Got some injury luck.
"SOME"?>??!!?!?!?!?!

like the best player in the NBA? lol.....going from being the best in the league to a slightly over .500 team?

Gutted for Dipo. Hoping its not serious and he just got a scare. After all his injuries, he was just now starting to round into a pretty good form.

I have to wonder what Spoelstra was thinking in game 2. He played Oladipo 12 minutes straight and then later for the final 14 and a half minutes of the game after not bringing him off the bench in game 1. What kind of a way is that to work one of the league's most fragile players back into game action, playing him an entire quarter?

Well, Spoelstra actually made zero substitutions in the 4th quarter of that game putting him out there with Zeller, Martin, Highsmith, DRob. When he saw how the game was going he may have in advance planned that tactic in order to help light a fire on his team for the next game, which may have worked. And I get it was a less intense 4th than the average NBA playoff game but should Oladipo have been part of that?

Not suggesting causation over what happened today, just there are a handful of players given the injury history where it would seem foolhardy to not give them shorter spurts on the court when they haven't played in awhile.

Having said that, there was no need for Oladipo or anyone to attack the basket so aggressively so late in a 24 point game. Oladipo was doing the bidding of Spoelstra. You see, Spoelstra is not like most fans. Spoelstra believes his team can make the finals, he can optimize the odds of this by treating Oladipo like a rented mule.

Jrue and Middleton are top 25 NBA players? hey- nice win, but stick to the alcohol...peyote is no good.

1. Giannis
2. Embiid
3. Jokic
4. Tatum
5. Doncic
6. Curry
7. Durant
8. Morant
9. LeBron
10. Leonard
11. Davis
12. Lillard
13. SGA
14. Mitchell
15. Brown
16. Harden
17. Sabonis
18. Butler
19. Siakam
20. Booker
21. Haliburton
22. Bam
23. George
24. Zion
25. Ingram
26. Fox
27. Young
28. Bridges
29. Markanen
30. Edwards
31. Brunson
32. Randle
33. JAckson Jr.

Which guys are Middleton and Holliday better than on that list???? MAYBE you can make an argument for 3-4 guys if you were pushing it?

Guys like Dejuante Murray, J. Murray, Garland, Beal, Draymond, LaVine, McCollum, VanFleet, Ball, Gobert would all have arguments.

Top 40? yah-- sure- you can make an argument. top 25? gmafb.

Tyler who?
the guy can shoot- or at least he used to be able to---- from what I have understood- he never played because its so hard to cover for him on defense where he is a statue. But when you lose Giannis - you can hide Robinson on the court on the defensive end a lot easier.
