Have tons of friends in the south that live in small home, drive 7 yr old cars and have enough money to retire at age 45 but love working.

A couple got married (hopefully something they'll only do once their entire lives). Their parents (I assume the bride's) told them they could go anywhere they want for the honeymoon.

The drove 180 miles from Waco to San Antonio.

If I'm the groom, I put the kybosh on that idea right away. Not saying they should have gone to Paris, but maybe Nashville, or New Orleans, or somewhere in the general area they may never have the chance to visit again.
