You mean the ones who haven't been able to beat out O'Korn to this point?
Yes. There is no down side. They could only suck as bad as OKorn. There is no worse than that. At least they’d be gaining experience for next year.

I suppose that is a fair point. Gotta get Peters in there sooner or later.

Or mccaffrey.

I'm not sure what the true reason is, but no one (not even Harbaugh) is going to convince me that none of the 4/5 star QB's we have on the roster are as bad as O'Korn. There's some other reason he's playing over them. Maybe Harbaugh thinks he knows the offense better, something. I just can't believe that three guys came out of HS as 4 star QB prospects, and none of them are capable of more than 3 yards per pass attempt. and a 1:1 TD to INT ratio.

it's just amazing how dumbed down the playbook has been the last few weeks with O'Korn taking snaps.

It has to be the inability to pick up the playbook. Well, other than McCaffrey, who I think they just want him to put on weight before putting him out there.

I think it may have to do with the pass protection or lack there of from the OL too. Speight and O’Korn have experience with it. The others do not and it’d probably end up with even more turnovers than we’ve seen.

It's basically that Peters cannot grasp the playbook and McCaffrey needs more weight. McCaffrey looks like a white version of Blackman from FSU.

And I’m willing to trade a QB who can’t throw with one who can but turns it over more.

They always get up for Michigan and ohio state ... I don't understand

The major knock on Dantonio. Treats MI like the Superbowl... Doesn't show up week later vs. Indiana.

Now that it is game day — I’m getting the feeling, not only does UM pull off the win, but John O’Korn even completes a forward pass.

My first prediction was 3-2 UM wins

With my premonition of O’Korn completed a forward pass, I now see UM winning 6-2.

You couldn't have been more wrong about this game. That's pretty fucking sad.

I just went back and started reading our debate from pages 5-9. You made a complete fool of yourself.

No doubt. That was embarrassing across the board for UM.

Bump

Looked a bit harder and changed my vote from Penn St <10 to Penn St by 10-19.

The Pitt game is like any rivalry where you can throw out the record books. Penn St still won by 19.

I then looked at their close call @ Iowa. It wasn't near as close as the scoreboard indicated. Iowa played their typical game where they'll slow roll you to sleep and hope you beat yourself with penalties and turnovers. It works to an extent and almost worked that night.
Total Yds: Penn St (579) Iowa (273)
Rushing: Penn St (295) Iowa (82)
Passing: Penn St (284) Iowa (191)
Penalties: Penn St (8 for 90yds) Iowa (3 for 25yds)
Turnovers: Penn St (2) Iowa (1)

Penn St has beaten all the scrubs like a top 5 team should.

Michigan's defense looks good on paper, but other than (2-4) Air Force (rushing), Michigan hasn't played an offense with a statistical pulse. Michigan only beat AF by 16 in Ann Arbor. AF had 168 yds rushing.

Being how the game is in Happy Valley, at night, I don't think Harbaugh is smart enough to slow roll them to give Michigan a chance late, a la the coy Ferentz.

Penn St moves to (7-0) handily. IMO
