Like I said before you, developed a running back or as the Jaguars called his position "offensive weapon". Dude couldn't complete a pass longer than 20 yards.Denard Robinson?

You teach our quarterback how to complete a pass down field. We will show you how to kick a field goal.Field goals? What are those? And can someone show people on our team how to get them?

He developed so well as a quarterback that he had absolutely no shot of making the pros as one. He HURT your team at quarterback and Michigan would have been much better off putting him at running back but he would have transferred if Rich Rod or Hoke had tried that.See the Notre Dame versus Michigan 2011. Robinson successfully threw quite a few passes longer than 20 yards.
Well I'll be damned...you cleared something up for me. I never knew my brother in law was a Michigan fan!But he's a Michigan fan, they know everything. Just ask him.

Yes, people that didn't develop as quarterbacks.I don't disagree. I just disagreed with the post I quoted. Also, many college QBs don't become NFL QBs and find themselves in other roles.

What? There is nothing more valuable in the NFL than a good QB. There are teams that have gone decades without competence at that position, so you're flat wrong. The NFL does not take players that are or could be competent at the QB position in the NFL and move them to other positions. That just doesn't happen and you're kidding yourself if you think it does.Or, people the NFL saw in other roles.
"Hey, you are a pretty good, well developed quarterback, why don't you come play for us where you have no clearly defined position and we are just going to make up a title for it. Oh and by the way we are so desperate for a decent QB we are going to waste a high draft pick on Blaine Fucking Gabbert."What? There is nothing more valuable in the NFL than a good QB. Hopefully he has a speedy recover. That looked like a very awkward injury. Hope y'all get some players back after the bye. I'll be doing the usual thing and rooting for not UCLA. SC could use a bye week pretty bad but it is what it is.Broken ankle. Out for the rest of the year. So they are currently down both their #1 and #2 corners just before facing Rosen. Joy. We hope to get Murphy back either by the Ducks game or at least the Stanford road game.
They also lost their best OL in that game for the rest of the season as well.
That was a weird game for sure. Kicking was broken and it was as if the ASU defense knew every play we were running, and Yes I know the history of them stealing signs. Still UW's fault if they know about that and let it happen. Their D played better than they have in a long time and their offense wasn't great, but didn't make any mistakes. Just gotta tip your cap and move on. Glad they have the bye to lick their wounds and get reset.
You know bye weeks. Does USC know what those are?![]()
I'm back in PA for law school. Not in Happy Valley though but close enough : )
