I know they cant keep that pace but man Ive never had so much fun in one stretch of season for this team. I wont be shocked to losing tomorrow against the Islanders they seem to know how to cool us off in recent history and give us a dose of reality.

I love what Luongo is doing. - basic simple hockey
the sedins are what I always thought they would be - superstars. and yes I did say they would be when they were drafted.
our defence is so solid.
our depth is showing for once in a franchise history - but Im waiting for that to burst with a guy like Tanner Glass on your bottom 4. I still dont think we have a great 4th line to win it all.

so what am I saying? Im having fun as a Canucks fan. Alot of fun and I know we will come back to earth soon but I hope this ride can go a little while longer and maybe get a good lead on 4th place down

I don't know how many teams will be selling with the standings so close out west, but it's not always that hard to find a couple of cheap veteran wingers to fill out the fourth line at the trade deadline.

As usual, I want the Wings to win it all but Vancouver has been aching for a Cup for a long time... it would be hard not to root for them if they went to the SCFs.
