I would think your right handed lineup plus your pitchers have to be under the cap and your left handed lineup plus your pitchers have to be under the cap.

I thought it was $150 for the whole shooting match...

Because each SP will start in a 7 game series. This eliminates the hypothetical BS like, ''I would pitch my Ace 3 times''. Each SP starts one game

not sure if I like this... But I will do it... more rounds=more draft=more fun... but I don't like the logic...

pretty sure it is the whole team... it is just under 5 AS average per player... I think that seems pretty fair, if anything sounds like a little too much...
