Not sure I like partners with only 8 of us and if we dont do partners that changes everything.

If we do 8 teams, why don't we add a different wrinkle. We draft 27 instead of 24, each team gets 7 starting pitchers for a 7 game series. I think it would add something to an open draft, as now you are talking 56 starting pitchers. It also would make for easier voting in one only pitching matchups

How about this, we have 8 teams we each draft a lineup to play vs right handed pitchers and a lineup to play vs left handed pitching. You CANNOT use the same player for both lineups. We draft 7 starting pitchers and 6 for the bullpen??
