So, 1920-2000 (first game has to be in this range), $1 per AS appearance (even with the guys who had 2 appearances in one year?), Bonds and Ruth are $22 each, cap is $100 for your team of 19. You get a partner after round 10 and you must put together your squad of 24 with a $125 cap.

Don't go by wiki. Go to baseball reference page and count them up. Back on the day, you could get elected to more than one in a year. He only played in 6

Alot has changed since you posted that, this isnt even a partner draft anymore. Years are different, cap is different. And if I just overlooked the part about 2 AS appearances I apologize but that rule has always been the year counts as 1 not the 2 appearances count as two.
