What if instead of these new dates we use other dates that line up more with what I was thinking? Those are probably the best dates.

OK, I have put together a list for these dates, and the one thing I will say is that I STRONGLY suggest that we change the rule from 8 players from each era to a minimum of 5 from each era, and the rest wherever you want. The reason being, almost all bullpen players will have to be from the 70's pool, and if we don't change the rule, some of these teams are gonna be scrub city

I was thinking about this last night, I think what I want to do is reduce the number of players selected by 3. So we draft 21 players, 4 on the bench and 3 relievers.

I'd do that, but also make it a minimum of 5-6 instead of 7 from each. JMO

Well, since everyone just ignores the bench and hardly cares about the bullpen - that's actually something that should be for all baseball draft (IMO)

Yeah, it's a tough combo. Zero receivers in 09, a lot of great players missing in 44. Will definitely need to be strategic
