Unchained GIANT Dogs destroy KC 7-1 in Game 1 of the World Series

All of Kansas City was up and going nutz like it was a revival meeting to start the game but their preacher never showed up. The Giants on the other hand had Bum and Preacher Pence to get the Orange & Black pumped up and ready to Rock in their travelin' Rock & Roll show. Very professional performance by the Men on a Mission.

Madison Bumgarner was simply fantastic tonight as he sent the Royals down one after one in a display of MLB big boy / country man baseball. He just kept slinging it up there but the Royals hitters kept swing through pitch after pitch. Bumgarner's line was impressive going 7 strong innings only giving up 3 hits and 1 ER. His 5 strikeouts were big and the biggest inning had to be Bum's third when he got into trouble on a error by Crawford and a double down the right field line to set up a 2nd and 3rd with 0 out situation. Bum sent down three straight hitters and you could stick a fork in the Royals from that moment on in this game. A tip of the cap to Bum who dominated another playoff game and shut down a very good team that had won 8 straight playoff games this year.

The offense gave Bumgarner early breathing room and at the same time shut down a wild crowd who must of felt like dinner would not be served on time if at all. After Pablo drove in the first run Pence hit a smokin shot to center that clesred the wall for 2 runs and a 3-0 lead. Pop went the KC balloon as they felt obligated to shoot off their fireworks over a non effective solo shot late in the game down 7-0 at the time. The Giants top 5 hitters in the line up went a combined 7-21 with 6 RBI's and looked real calm and relaxed doing their thing. Eight Giants hitters had at least 1 hit as Sandoval and Pence had two each. Panda and Pence really shined with the bats as Sandoval is as confident as his 3 HR game in Game 1 of the 2012 WS.

Giants now own the hammer and Home Field and can really take hold of this WS by having Alabama 22 Jake Peavy deal a good game tomorrow. The Giants came out and looked like a bunch of unchained hungry dogs that were let out of the house for the first time in a week looking for fresh meat. The question is... Who let the dogs out?

Great win with 3 more to go.
