GOOD.

They phuking deserved to lose that abortion of a game.

Phuk Schmitt
Phuk Jelly
Phuk Fitz
Phuk RanRod

They all sucked ass.
And they deserved to lose game 1 but they won it. Baseball is like that as you well know.

However, saying it's GOOD that we lost is more of your faggotry. That's my team you're shitting on.

They shit on themselves. I do you no favors by ignoring it.

Looks like Luis Robert Jr might be gettable as a buy low candidate. He's having an awful season so far, so he'd fit right in!

He would still be expensive, but much less so than last year. But I think O’Hearn would be very affordable (probably a “known” name, but nothing that will hurt TOO much), and probably the more impactful add.

And is it really in the outfield we need to try for an "upgrade"? (Robert's numbers suggest he'd be worse than Yaz offensively. He'd just still some more bases).

O'Hearn is probably the best bat on the market so I don't think he is going to be very affordable.

He is a rental with absolutely ZERO track record. He looks like a schlub who is just on a hot streak to me.

Are we looking at the same player? He's been about 20 points above average in OPS+ for the past two years. Yeah, he's even better this year but I wouldn't call him a schlub. I think the cost is going to be more steep than you think.

I think that a package centered on a Mason Black type player would get it done (maybe give them a shot at fixing Bishop as well). That hurts, but it wouldn’t destroy our farm.

He is in his age 31 season, so he is TRULY a rental (I don’t want to be the team that is stuck paying him in his age 32+ seasons). He is a negative defensive player at first.
