Well all thats been said has been said for the last 2 weeks, there is nothing left to do but start dismantling this current rooster and start finding the players who want to be in the nhl and can play a full 60 minutes. All these players are good because they were hyped up in the juniors and the Flyers media, we as fans fed into that hype. Provorov, Ghost, Hagg, Hart, Frost, etc, none of these kids have proven shit and some are proving they can't handle it. I'm soooo tired of hearing the excuses for these deadbeats. I bet if they had to work out their issues in the minors they would improve faster or be traded. They aren't that good to begin with. The only player I'm interested in keeping is Roo and this shit def aint fair to him. Maybe he'll smarten up and ask for a trade to a real contender get his name on the cup.

I'm a firm believer that if a player has done it before and is young he can do it again so I'm not going to trash every player on the team. Guys like Ghost are going through a funk and will rebound I'm pretty confident about this. We should all know by now that you will have ups and downs with young players some more than others.

Lastly they have just been through a very tough part in the schedule. Buffalo has been good, Jets a top team, flames another top team this year and oilers are coming on strong. Tonight they catch a break but they need some things to go their way gain some confidence. Still think Folin should be in for AMac he's out there for a lot of goals...

Just looked at the stats +/- not the be all but Jake, Simmer and Ghost are the worst although AMac would be - 10 if he played 30 games. Folin, Hagg and Gudas the best. AMac has to go for sure that I do know if I'm the coach he's helping me get fired...

They don't even have to hate him. Maybe they are just tired of his message and tuning him out. He is believe it or not one of the longest tenured coaches (with one team) in the Nhl all of the sudden.

Could be true but I'm firing the PP coach first as that makes no sense. PK has gotten better... but PP has been a dumpster for no reason.

I made a big mistake. I stayed up to watch that ... well, we can't call it a game so much as it was a complete shit show. Only Edmonton not showing up for much of the game kept it as close as it was.

If I was Hakstol, knowing that I am most likely starting the Holiday break unemployed, I bench Ghost, Simmonds and JvR tonight. Play Weal, Frolin and Lehtera. Play Lindblom with G and Jake. Ghost has shown no signs of even trying to turn his game around. JvR looks like he is too busy thinking of ways to spend his contract. Simmonds...I am done with him.

This team doesn't need to be shaken up, it needs to be shattered. If you wear the orange and black you should be on notice that you are up for grabs. I feel sorry for Hakstol, he has done a decent job but he had an assistant who was more interested in being the GM's eyes than coaching and a PK coach who is frankly a mess.

Bright spot in juniors, Zamula is tearing it up.

27 points in 32 games. Coming in to tonight (if my stats page is up to date). Goal and an assist tonight to make it 5 straight with a goal.

Don’t exactly trust BSH to be that inside, but O’Connor wouldn’t start this if he didn’t have something pretty good.

Win or loss, it damn sure should be his last game. Anyone who knows hockey and watched last night can realize that the team just stopped playing for the vast majority of the game. The Oilers were average at best and won 4-1, handing us our 10th loss in 13 games.

The cherry on top of it all was when Hakstol failed to get Stolie out of the net during a late power play while down two goals. That was the fucking game, idiot! If you're playing to win, you MUST get him out then, why fucking wait!?

We're plenty capable of scoring two quick goals, but to ask us to do it with a minute left and not while on the power play is a bit much. This team was completely defeated and nothing would've come from it, but that's not the point.
