Winning a crappy conference really doesn't say much if you never get on the NATIONAL stage and do anything of significance.

You are happy with this arrangement, as we can all see. Carry on then winning the ACC, and nothing else.

See, some of us are impressed by titles and championships, and measure our coaches by their ability to win said championships. Some of us, in this very thread, have espoused they would have no other coaches than the same group that have FAILED to win any championships.

You aren't elite until you WIN something. Being very good is fine. Elite is reserved for those that WIN TITLES.

Sorry if this is over your head. But then, I really don't care about your opinion anyway. If you are happy and satisfied with never bringing home a crystal football, you two can be best friends!

No Tech fan accepts mediocrity. We all want a NC just as much as any other fan. The point was made that if it came to hiring a snake like Urban Meyer, who will recruit straight thugs and then let them do what ever they want, it reflects poorly on the school and we would rather wait to replace Beamer w some one else.

You spouting off about the only program to win 10 games 8 straight years and the only one to make BCS games in 4 of 5 being mediocre, just makes you sound like an ignorant homer, like the other 90% of your posts.

This just in- Virginia Tech and Miami fans are extremely envious of Coach Meyer. No surprises since Virginia Tech never can get over the hump and Miami is a second rate program running rampant with criminals.

At least they win the conference on a regular basis. Texas has won two under Mack and that is in a 3 team conference. But that is the Texas way, "We won 10 games!!!! Can't wait to got to the Holiday Bowl!!!"

Perhaps if you didn't throw a tantrum and if you could present some facts and statistics then maybe you won't come off like a clown. You have cost yourself credibility. I'm sure most Hokie fans are unlike you and they have class and respectability.

Nebraska is one ofthe greatest football teams in the history of CFB and has an awesome fanbase who is the best that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. The Nebraksa posters on here are also awesome and I have greatly enjoyed interacting with them. You are just a cowardly tool. You come on here terrified of another team because of a new coach. You basically cede victory to this conference rival for the forseeable future and when some disagrees you respond by lashing out at their team and calling them jealous.
