Honestly, gotta love Tampa's position... but I wouldn't be shocked to watch Washington rattle off 4 wins in a row. Sort of a break theres no day off so not much time to worry about being down 0-3.

No I don't think the bolts should have 10 PP's or that every penalty called on them is bullshit. But yeah more then a few have been. And when I see something that is clearly skewed one way then I have every right to be not be happy about it. I could be wrong but I think you would feel the same way. Perhaps you wouldn't be as vocal about it as I am. But that would be one of the differences between us. You don't like what I have to say? That's not my issue. Your not forced to read my posts.

Oh yes and also new to the forum. Hi! It seemed only appropriate to introduce myself before jumping into a subject I'm still learning about. I am a lone fan in the southern states.

I've been around hockey for awhile. I've always enjoyed the sport. But my passion for it has not been inflamed until recently. I have a loose knowledge of the game. But I fear it's no where near the level of a true life long die hard fan. I am slowly working on fixing that. But I will confess there's a lot more to it then I thought. (I've never been huge into sports in general.)

Anyway. Hello out there. I've lurked on the boards a bit. So I look forward to formally meeting everyone and learning a bit more about the game.

As a side note. Anyone else looking forward to the game between the Caps and Lightning? I'm putting my hopes onto the bolts even though they've been less then awe inspiring lately. As best as I can tell they're a good team. They just seem to be really hit and miss and it's a shame really. It would seem, from my limited knowledge albeit, that if they could get the right "mojo" going if you will and tighten up a bit they'd be a lot more solid. I'm sure there's more to it then that. But it would be a good start.

I have rambled on long enough. It's nice to meet you all.

Well considering you just told your sorry I can respect that. I've no issue with people be honest and up front. It's when they get ugly, stupid or personally attack me or people I like that I take issue. We should get along just fine.

I was actually looking for a forum for the Lightning. But I can came up a bit short and happened to see a short post an another forum (don't ask me which) that pointed me in this direction.

So here I am. Thanks so much again for the very warm welcome. It seems like a great place to hang out and fun group. Also thank you for the offer of letting me ask questions once again. I'm sure I will. I mostly tend to get lost with all the statistics and just haven't been around the game long enough to have as good of a grasp as I might like. But I think I've come to the right place.

Actually. I do have a question. Why the hell do they shoot from so far away? I've yet to figure that one out. Wouldn't it make more sense to get a tiny bit closer?

What are you "just sayin"? You may as well be blunt about it. I've taken the time to at least attempt to learn about the sport. I've never claimed I'm an expert in way, shape or form. And no where near knowing it as well as half the people on here do. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong. I feel like I've been able to learn quite a lot and still have a long way to go. So if you want to call me a liar. Go right ahead. If your trying to imply something else I clearly missed. So please say what you have to say.
