The Sharks haven't made it out of the 1st round quite yet. As I learned from this playoffs, anything can happen.

In fairness, he's only played one less game than all of the Coyotes and Red Wings.....



But he is having himself a hell of an impact. I like/hate that guy. I'd like to have him on my team every day of the week, but hate playing against him!

I was listening to Jeff Paterson on the Team 1040 post-game show last night and he made a very good point. The Canucks are definitely missing Manny Malhotra, although Kesler has done a fine job shutting down Toews in Malhotra's absence. The problem is that Kesler has been focusing so much on the defensive side of things that he's had no offense to show in this series. Thus, Paterson concluded that it's more like the Canucks are missing Ryan Kesler and his 41 regular season goals.

The same can be said for Dave Boland for the Blackhawks. Withoug Boland the Blackhawks are 0-3. With him they're 3-0.

Well i guess suspending bickell for that hit is now a moot point

I never did see the injury, and haven't felt like watching any "highlights" today.

I don't think that hit by Bickell should have resulted in a suspension, but I think charging could have been called (it wasn't interference, as Bieksa had possession of the puck (just released it). Bickell did take a few strides and appeared to leave the ice to deliver that hit, though (in my opinion).
