Yeah he's 3-6 in Finals instead of 3-8. I guess it just seems like the guy has represented the East in the Finals for an almost 2 decades. Sitting here waiting for a team out East to finally step up and knock his team off.

Former Vegas mayor (and mob attorney) Oscar Goodman had a direct hand in opening up the Mob Museum. Not sure when I'll make it back there but when I do that'll be the 1st place I'll go to.

I could never live there, it is a fun place to visit, but only to visit for a couple days IMO. It can get to be too much too fast, but then again it's a short trip for me to get there.

IMO, I'd take New Orleans over Vegas.

i gotta admit that's a close call between the 2. Nawlins didn't exactly excite me either. course the last time i was down there was a shade after Hurricane Katrina...

What I like about Vegas is the food and playing blackjack. I'm going out there for work this time, but there's still plenty of time for play.

Depends what you're trying to do. If you're just looking to gamble and do touristy stuff, 3 to 4 days is usually good. You can probably see some shows and gamble, go and eat, chill by the pool, etc.

If you're looking to add the club scene in there, then I'd suggest you extend it by a day or two, for additional recovery time. Last time I went it was 5 days and we almost exclusively gambled and hit up clubs and pool parties (day and night ones). Barely ate, partied too much, slept very little and was more tired heading home.

IMO if you're not heading home completely exhausted from Vegas, you just wasted your time being there.
