At what point does the Phoenix PA announcer stop embellishing when a Phoenix player scores???

Being hyperbolic is a big part of his job description.

Because the Dubs can keep up offensively.

Maybe I'm discounting the Mavs.

But, something is clearly wrong with Chris Paul.

Could be injury.

Could be that father time couldn't sneak up on LeBron and continued down the I-10 and smacked CP3 directly in his huge bald spot.

This is astonishing, no doubt.

But, I'm not there yet with the Mavs as a contender.

In fairness, I thought the same about Phoenix last year.

I was wrong.

This year all of the teams that made it this far are 'contenders'. The Grizzlies certainly could have won it. There was a path to the Sixers doing it. Bucks, Suns, all the 2nd round teams have a shot.

I agree the Mavs are likely 4th best of 4 but all the teams are very close. If the Mavs beat the Ws in 6 it will not be a shock to me.
