West Virginia enters Ft. Worth not in the best of moods. Non-Conference they've been fine at 8-4, but in the Big 12 they're 0-4, giving them an 8-8 record overall and struggling for an NIT bid in March if they're lucky. The Mountaineers want to get the season turnaround started tonight.
TCU is 12-3, but only 1-2 in Big 12 play so they might not be in the best of moods themselves. The Horned Frogs want to have enough of a decent footprint come Selection Sunday if they're unable to win the Big 12 Championship.
WVU is on a 4 game losing streak, all to Big 12 schools. Their last win was in December at home against Lehigh. They've yet to win a true road game, going 0-2 so far and again both were to conference foes.
TCU is on a 2 game losing streak since beating Baylor to open up Big 12 play. They beat the Bears at home and the losses since were both road games. Tonight, they're at home. Prior to the 2 losses, the Frogs had themselves a 9 game win streak going.
Coverage on ESPNU is scheduled to start at 7pm ET, 6 local.
