Thanks for the comments. But it is really hard to sweep a series in which the team lost the first game. Unless you mean sweeping the "rest" of the series.

I missed Friday's game. I thought it was a travel day for the Reds. My pessimism temains.

That used to be the case. The past two years, it has occasionally been a travel day.

We were originally called the Red Stockings. We didn't call ourselves the Red Legs until '54-'58.

With the fun history out of the way, you guys should lose the series. Your pitching throwing is atrocious. Nothing but fastballs with an odd offspeed. The art of pitching has disappeared from this team. The defense likes to use the infield shift, and still gets beat. If anyone knew how to bunt, they would eat that shift up. It's going to be a hard year for the Reds, but I'll still listen to the games.
