They were talking about it on Boomer & Carton this morning. Brought in as a pinch runner and he waits all the way until the 3rd batter is up on an 0-2 count with 2 outs to steal.
That sucks, they only have 3 solid SP now
Padres won, Giants lost.
Just because the Mets couldn't get him out doesn't mean he needs to take a 100 FB hit. Plus, the Padres don't need another injury.
Maybe having another good series against the Mets is what he needs to get going, he's had a tough year so far.I'm not hoping Noah will actually HIT him, just back him off the plate. He's been killing us for two years now, you HAVE to do it.

I still wouldn't be surprised if the Mets won 3 of 4, even though the Padres have won 5 of their last 7. I heard last night about how the Mets have a horrible record at Petco, and looked it up to see they're 14-27 against the Padres at Petco. No matter what happens this weekend, I'll be rooting for the Mets to kick some Dodger ass next week. It looks like the Mets will miss Kershaw in that 4 game series, which helps.Yeah, I saw his line prior to the series...this is probably just what he needed.
The Mets have a hard time winning at Petco/Murphy/whatever it's called now. Will be lucky to get a split in this series. Probably looking at a 4-7 road trip here, 5-6 at best.
