At least it features 6 guys who are legit fighting for spots on the 25. Only d’Arnaud, Hactor and Rutledge are fillers (and Rutledge CAN insert himself in the discussion if he plays well)

Parker, Williamson and Jensen all went yard in this game. Parker is the only one with a real shot to make the team.
Jensen is now 4 for 6 with 3 home runs and 7 RBIs this spring. I wonder how much longer he'll even get playing time in spring training. I would think, though, that he is giving himself a good chance to make Sacramento's roster. The way I see it, there are 10 guys competing for 6 infield roster spots in Sacramento.

That is one epic bullpen meltdown the Giants are having in the bottom of the 9th. DJ Snelten is not looking like the 2nd lefty to break camp right now.
And Casey Kelly is back? I wonder when they re-signed him?

I think Jensen CAN make the team with a really strong spring. But he old have to beat out one of Sandoval or Tomliinson, AND beat them out enough to force a DFA of someone else. If Fernandez stinks up the place, than that could solve that issue, or Gomez could FINALLY be DFAd to clear the spot.

But yeah, he is a long shot to make the squad.

As for Snelton, it was a long shot to start with, but I am not concerned with bad outings this early in spring. Way too many practice-reason variables to get too caught up in results. But yeah, he needs to stop with the bed-shitting if he wants a shot.
