Ok but haven't you guys recruited pretty good with Petersen there? He just left and didn't you guys have an overabundance of highly rated QBs and a decent defense? Makes little sense to me unless Petersen left knowing it's going to be a rough next couple of years.

It all comes down to QB play. Petersen and UW fans have a hard on for highly ranked tall QB's with a big arm and the mobility and pocket presence of a three legged sloth.

First time HC, new OC, guaranteed to start a QB with no game experience.

Yes, they have lots of talent, but also some unknowns.

Coach Lake has promised to open up an aggressive attacking offense. We look forward to that after what we have seen in recent years. However, aggressive also means lots of errors when you have a young QB.

Let them rate this team low. Good to start with everyone ruling you out. Just go play loose and free.

Well to be fair I’m sure Lori was probably trying to solicit UW but all of their administrators chained themselves to a tree.
