After an awful 0-2 start this season is looking alot like the past few seasons. How much longer do we keep Eli in as QB? When do you give him the hook and go with Daniel Jones?

Eli shouldn't be starting their 5th game if they lose the next 2 games

Hard to say... Much like the Steelers though, they need better play from the other 10 guys on the field.

The best two young QBs recently have been Rodgers and Mahomes. Both sat and watched for a while.

In the grand scheme of things, there isn't necessarily any kind of rush.

The Giants are gonna suck this year regardless.

So the answer is... what's best for the future?

The Giants are in dire straits at WR right now, might be a better idea to wait until Golden Tate and Sterling Shepard are both in the line up.

To my mind, there is no good reason to rush him in week 3 or put on hindsight goggles and say he should have been in there week 1.

Rodgers had Brett Favre to learn from, and Mahomes just needed to have his immense talent refined. Jones is an unremarkable QB from Duke, and the only things Eli can teach him is hot to throw picks and get sacked.

Depends how much they think he's ready.

If he is nowhere near ready, you could destroy the guy. Sometimes it's better for a guy to sit for a while and learn

In this particular case... I really think we all need to factor in the horrid situation the Giants are fielding at WR.

Wait for Sterling Shepard and Golden Tate to get back, at least.

Good point... what could a 2 time Super Bowl winning QB and consummate professional like Eli possibly teach to a young QB?
