I can adimit when I'm wrong. Sure didn't see that one coming. At least Marvin has fired the defensive coordinator! He has named himself as the new DC/ head coach! Brought in Hue Jackson to be his assistant, since Marvin will be pulling double duty. So I think this was a good loss that has began a period of real change here in Cincy!

Y'all got a top 10 defense, the problem is the offense. Can't win games if your offense can't score more than 24 points in all but 1 game.

Our defense has cost us at least 3 games this season. I do agree that the offense is partially at fault, but the defense blew 17 point lead going into the 4th quarter vs the Panthers, allowed the Cowboys to score a TD just before half. It's Schwartz's scheme that has killed us. How many times has our defense given up a first down on 3rd and longs? Every team knows how to attack it. Anyway, there is plenty of blame to spread around on this team. The offer still stands, please take Schwartz off our hands.

Can't be argued that your defense has cost you 2 games this year. But when your leading rusher doesn't have 300 yards on the year, you've had WR issues all year (leading receiver that isn't Zach Ertz has 46 receptions), Wentz is not only still developing as an NFL QB but also still getting over his severe injury from last year, it just seems that this season was against you from the get go. Injuries, poor defense, poor offense, no real moves made at the trade deadline. Just sounds like a whole fucked up situation in Philly.
