I am not worried too much Grizzlies. Unless there are injuries, that is a lopsided matchup for the Spurs. They have literally dominated the Grizz more than any other Western team since 2011 where Manu and Timmy were hurt.

The Rockets....meh... I don't trust Mike DAntoni in the playoffs versus Greg Popovich.

The SPURS have issues with the CLIPPERS of the teams outside of GS.
I would rather avoid them honestly as it will be a long draining series of evenly matched teams.
Yea I agree with you & @trojanfan12 about Memphis- which is why I said maybe. But the Clippers? No, I don't think they will slide that far in the seeding to match up in the 1st round & I don't think they make it out of the 1st round.

@Vyle203 Thomas is quickly becoming one of my top 5 players.

He's a straight savage.

Ps. I got the Dirty Birds

Edited to add: I have picked the Super Bowl wrong in 4 of the last 5 years...lol

Yay on Thomas. Boo on your Superbowl pick. Yay on your Superbowl picking trends. Lol

i mean just THINK about that- the Cavs spent $54 million in TAX ALONE last year.....way more than the Heat spent in 4 years COMBINED....

ya know why? because the Heat made moves like giving away their first rounder to save money on guys like Joel Anthony- to just save some cash because they signed a guy to a dumb deal. LOL.

its not hard to figure out why Bron peaced out.
Didn't the Heat make the Finals 4 consecutive years & won twice?

I should get some free vcash for making @WiggyRuss disappear.

Hes not very prepared to answer yes or no questions.

Elimate the rhetoric and bullshit and hes got nothing left.
dude, you cant do simple math half the time

and the fact remains

Gilbert has committed to LeBron like the Lakers and Dr. Buss committed to Kobe.

Arison wouldnt make that type of commitment, and its why his team is in the lotto.

if you cant commit to a historic talent on a historic level- its just whats gonna happen.

the Cavs have the HIGHEST PAYROLL IN THE HISTORY OF THE ENTIRE NBA. They are outspending the #2 team in a way that would make Mickey Arison poop himself.

Yet they're not even close to being the top team in the league- or even close to the top team in the standings. You might not want to use their payroll as a bragging point going forward.

@trojanfan12, you called it. Want to go to Vegas.

Nah, it was a sure thing. You don't get those in Vegas. But at least I didn't wait to make sure Wiggy was going to be healthy enough to post before I made the prediction. :dhd:

Heat minus James was 1 win from ECF last year.
If were in the lotto this year its because of the Bosh situation plus they crazy amount of injuries.

Arisons committment to James was to do his best to allow him to compete for championships every season, and he did just that.

Heat were the team to beat every season.

Warriors are the team to beat now, Gilbert has 9.6 in his pocket to try to even the field, but apparently isnt interested.

James whining like a girl, but has no opt out.

#nocoincidence

The Cavs will be more then hard pressed to accomplish what the Heat did.
Prob wont.
Keep trying though.
Im getting a good laugh from it.

So historic talent equates to James crying for roster upgrades?

Ok..

lol at Wiggy thinking that spending money just to be able to say you spent the money is smart business.

The facts are, the Heat saved some money to add a player if one that could have made a difference became available. Not their fault that the only players available would have just sat on the end of the bench and collected a check. But that's Arison being cheap.

Meanwhile, the Cavs have the highest payroll in the league and even with the $9.6 million trade exception, don't seem willing to spend it. One can only assume that it's because there really isn't anyone out there who can catch them up to the Warriors. But somehow, that's smart business.

Last I looked, Arison had 3 rings and Heat only trail the Spurs in efficiency as far as modern day expansion franchises.

Cavs without James are ( fill in the blank).

Ill start with beyond pathetic.

After watching the TNT lineup last night, I'm convinced the Warriors sweep the playoffs and win the title.

1. We've seen how James' exits, yet you wonder?? Re read Gilberts love letter to him.

2. Bosh has blood clots. If the Heat not wanting him to die pissed him off, then it shows he's an irrational moron.

3. Wade. Look what's going on with him now. Heat offered him a more then fair deal, prob despite hoping he would leave. Without Bosh, it was time to start the rebuild.
I've heard on the radio from Chicago reporters that he regrets the decision daily . True or not? Who knows?

Wow. Shane's really gonna have to step his game up if he wants to win stupidest post of the day for the 3rd day in a row. This gem is going to be really tough to beat.

No matter what Shane posts today, it shouldn't be any worse then a tie.
Wiggy has numerous nominations and the day is young.

LeBron didn't leave on bad terms

Wade wishes he was back

Bosh is going to die

You're a fucking retard, is my point.

Exactly.

Wade thought the grass was going to be greener going to Chicago. If he had that decision over between Miami and Chicago, he'd likely pick the former at this juncture.

Bosh had blood clots (multiple) and no one in their right mind would clear him. Dude couldn't even pass a physical so he got in his feelings and threw a hissy fit and videos showing himself making jump shots.

Lebron's a shrewd guy. He saw all the assets they were collecting in Cleveland knew that was a great opportunity to jump on - redemption and winning one for your home state to solidify legacy while getting rid of all of the negative backlash he had for the 4 years in Miami.
