Peppers...yes. Harbaugh? Don't get ahead of yourself. I'm sure he just lured an NFL offensive coordinator to Michigan to be our QB coach just so he could leave for the NFL....
“It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do,” Peppers said. “I’m choosing between cementing my legacy as a college player and starting my pro legacy. It’s something you dream of when you were a kid. I was torn between the two.”
Peppers said he ultimately came to a decision this weekend while visiting his family in his native New Jersey. He informed Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh of his decision in a meeting in Harbaugh’s office on Monday. “He thanked me and told me it was a pleasure to coach me,” Peppers said. “I told him it was a pleasure to play for him. He molded me for the next level, that’s how he operates. He runs his program like an NFL team. He’s done more than enough to prepare me for this moment.”
Michigan returning 1 starter on defense. One. That shocked me when I saw that stat.
Denver is the only job open that would be worth it, if he has a QB he really wants to draft.

Gawd Damn! 7 minutes and already 3 fish. Impressive.
Would have to have the deal in place first, I doubt Harbaugh would leave Michigan to go to Denver on the possibility that he gets a decent QB, it's going to have to be a sure thing, imo.Or if they can make a deal with Dallas.
Like I've posted around these parts a few times now...."starter" is a bit of a misnomer. Michigan actually returns 4 guys with significant playing experience on the D-line. Outside of Gary, hurst (who played in all 12 regular season games) and Mone (who played in 10/12 regular season games). We're also hoping to get Jeremy Clark for a 6th year after he was injured early on in the season. We also return McCray at LB.Michigan returning 1 starter on defense. One. I think he's staying put, even if Denver got Romo and it was a done deal, I think they'd have a hard time snagging him from Michigan. If Romo gets his choice of team (which I think he will), I can't imagine another place he would choose over Denver right now. They are 1 year away from a Super Bowl win, and still have a darn good team. Plus they are an AFC team, and Dallas would likely MUCH rather face him in the Super Bowl, if he was able to take a team there.
by the way, I really don't think Harbaugh would leave Michigan for any reason at this point. He's probably still got at least 3 more seasons in AA...and if he can't win a title in that time, then I could see him pull up roots and jumping on the best NFL team available.
