Yeah I read your stupid thoughts earlier the thread. For some of these guys this will be their last competitive football game. And you want them to sit it out? So stupid.
How do you know where the other players (besides Fournette) will be drafted. Should all of the LSU's potential high draft choices sit out? IMO, Fournette should at least suit up and sit on the bench to show his support for his teammates. By the way, I have been reading your stupid thoughts for a very long time, so get use to my comments or don't reply to them.

Some of those guys will help their draft stock in that game. Fournette is already too highly regarded to be able to do that. For fuck sake man, is this really how your brain works all day every day? What a drag it must be to be you.

I'm OK with all of this if the athletes are able to find another way to pay their tuition that semester, or are OK with the university holding back their credits.

SMFH!! Damn you are one strange idiot. Do you know how many potential Ist round draft picks are on the LSU roster, that will be playing in the Citrus Bowl? I can live with myself, can you? Can you honestly look into a mirror, without seeing an idiot?

He lost 2.5 mill is how I look at it. Thats the only guaranteed money. He can make that up in his 2nd contract if he is good enough just like Eli Apple can get more if he is good enough.

So if he isn't good enough bc of his knee or can't ever play again bc of his knee? (which a lot of doctors seem to think will be the case) If that turns out to be true, you got keep adding up those 0s

So if Fournette plays in the Citrus bowl and tears his ACL, then gets drafted in the 4th-5th round (Marcus Lattimore)...

Who's the idiot?

I disagree. If said player wants to let down his team, coaches, and fans, he shouldn't get to partake in the bowl trip at all. no trip, no swag, no festivities. (and its a hell of a lot of fun). He can stay at home and think about how high he thinks he's going to get drafted.

Yes but it's football and injuries are part of it. U can't assume what his 2nd contract would be.

TP from the Cleveland browns has a torn ligament and he is a FA after this season and he is going to try and play the last 2 games for his 0-14 team.

Which is commendable. But 1) it's a finger ligament and 2) he's playing for his next contract and has evaluated the risk/reward and decided to play.

Fournette's situation is really almost all risk with very little reward.

CFB players couldn't pull this shit 20 years ago. Fuck all of these arrogant & overly entitled spoiled kids today. I bet if Fournette was playing in a better bowl game he wouldn't have let him teammates down & turned his back on them. And same goes for McCaffery of Stanford.

Okay, I can see your point. Let him watch the game on TV. Personally I hope he goes in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Why do you keep calling other posters dumb or idiots, when they don't agree with you? Are you that self-centered and close-minded?

Does this count as barking?

Yeah, I like bowl games a lot as well. It's part of what drew me to CFB - the emotions these kids have, most of which won't be playing NFL. For the seniors, this is their farewell game.

It's a shame to me to think that some prima donna players would fuck that up for their teammates.

I'll probably watch that game.
