I say Michigan, because they have beaten both Penn State and Wisconsin. Also, ohio state/Michigan II would be a huge ratings. Michigan two losses were by a total of 4 points with 2 AP/Coaches ranked teams. Of course I am a homer who sees the world through Maize & Blue sunglasses.

Agree. I may get killed for this from the Dawg crew, but I'm not sure the Huskies should be in. If Baylor was punished in '14 for their OOC, then why isn't Washington this year? The committee has said they want to encourage teams to schedule better OOC games. If they don't reward doing that, then teams will just schedule 3-4 cupcakes, and be a lot better off.

Or just blow up conference championships totally...championship games or not. A conference champion is going to always be left out regardless...even if they pick four like they have the past two years.

I'm not dissing Washington. I'm a Peterson fan through and through. Just point out how the committee seems to talk out of both sides of their mouth.

Why would any of us take any of this personally? None of our fans would argue that our OOC slate wasn't totally worthless, and will be again next year. I freaking hate that you have to schedule these out so far in advance and can't make changes easily. The rest of our slate was who the conference put in front of us.

I've said all along that once UW lost a game it's not in their hands to get an invite. If they didn't make it in they only had themselves to blame. Any team with one or more losses is at the mercy of a system that is fraught with inconsistencies and problems.

But the committee has put themselves in the position to basically have to put UW in no matter what their shitty schedule was or how much struggle they had vs USC or their close wins.

I would hope this is a given. Washington with one loss has earned it. But you have to admit Idaho and Portland State are pretty lame.

If head to head left the B1G with TWO of their best teams not even going to their championship game then change how you select your division champions because this system didn't do its job. Tie it to the playoff rankings or find another way to make sure your top teams are represented in your biggest game.

Baylor didn't have a CCG and win, that is why they were bounced. Most teams already schedule 2-3 cupcakes a year.

UW's defense is probably good enough to keep bama's offense from running up the score, but no team is going to get much done against their defense. There are probably a couple of NFL teams that wouldn't get much done against it either. They are ridiculously stacked on that side of the ball.
