They already look better than the last 3 years. A buddy of mine predicted 40 wins this year. I told him he's nuts, but I hope he's right.

I'd be happy with 30 wins and ecstatic with 35.

33 was my prediction, but i'm with ya. more than that would be gravy...:thumb:

dan g. said that was his biggest draft regret--- the fool WENT to Michigan St. and loved draymond int he draft....ughhh....that was a big time mistake.

Izzo and Gilbert are good friends;

Izzo had told him, "You gotta take my guy." The Cavs had two second-round picks, and Izzo was calling Gilbert, a Michigan State guy, to tell him that Draymond Green was the real deal. "I still wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat that we didn't take him," Gilbert says of Green, who torched the Cavs for 28 points in the Warriors' 110-77 win in Game 2 of the Finals. "I didn't listen to my gut."

Let's forget about the butterfly effect and the Warriors' culture of player development and just imagine if Cleveland's starting lineup was Kyrie Irving, Andrew Wiggins, LeBron James, Draymond Green and Tristan Thompson. Just imagine it for a second. I guess it's sort of understandable that Gilbert is still waking up in a cold sweat over this.---

- this would be oneo f the most athletic, versatile lineups ever...lol.....would be INSANE in the open floor.

Another example of Gilbert's incompetence.

Thanks for sharing!

As much as I'd like to pile on Wiggy and Gilbert; Riley passed on Draymond Green as well. One of the few times I was livid with Riley.

How many owners do you think got that personal call from Izzo though?

It is one thing to pass. Quite another to pass when given inside information.

While it is clearly true that preseason games are meaningless, you can get a hint of how guys will work together.

Last night, Klay had more attempts and points than both Curry and KD. He is not as good as those 2, but as I have said before, his role and affect on the game will be impacted least by KD's presence. Because GS shares the ball so well, nobody will have to take a back seat in the way that Love or Bosh had to with LeBron. They will all get fewer shots, but will all be heavily involved. Preseason stats are indicative of that being true and I think this will carry over to the regular season and playoffs.

Klay will have lots of off-night the entire regular season. Not every game will he be able to knock those threes down and that's when KD or Steph take over. I think Klay would still have a lesser PPG than both KD and Steph.

Of course he will score less. But I am very confident that his scoring average will fall by less than both KD's and Curry's will. Klay's role will have to change least.

People who don't understand the Warriors system have been suggesting Klay will take the biggest hit. I just don't think that is accurate.

I did forget about that tidbit of information. If Izzo tells you to draft one of his guys, you better listen.

Great trade by the Bulls. We get a good player for a player who was out of our rotation. Love this trade.

If Giannis is the PG they don't really need MCW with him and Dellavedova, plus the Bucks want help on the wing without Middleton. I guess the Bulls want a better PG behind Rondo, but I agree they need 3pt shooting and Snell shoots 35% from 3 in his career.
Yes this is why they made the trade they needed PG help. Tony wasn't going to play and has been bad for awhile. At least we get a player that is good and showed he can play. Remember before the hip surgery he was a very good player. I think this is a A trade for the Bulls.

definitely does not do much to help the Bulls 3 point shooting woes.

Im ok with this deal for the bucks mcw is not a good fit IMO. Snell is a decent role player, but they could of kept mccaw on the cheap instead of doing this

Yeah guess I agree but with the failure that Monroe has been and MCW being traded....Man traded Knight who was a great fit looks dumb now
