A place we can talk about the games and no need to fill the lobby up with pointless preseason game threads for each game. We can talk about all games here leading up to the season.

Good idea purguy.

In the Lakers game last night, I liked the ball movement a lot. They didn't shoot well for most of the first 3 quarters, but stuck with the plan and were able to come back and win.

Yea they looked pretty good once they got into a rhythm.

I was a tad bit worried though after watching the Lakers training camp on NBA TV. Russell didn't look like he was excited to be there. And it appeared on occasion that some guys might not have been giving 100%- maybe not buying into Luke as the head coach?

I don't know. The only thing I've heard is that the players are very excited to have him as coach. They love that there is music at practice and that he brings a modern NBA offense with him. They expecially like him compared to Gunnery Sargent Byron Scott's boot camp.

Practice is boring and no one goes 100% all of the time. I wouldn't read much into some video of training camp.

I watched some of Heat/Wizards before the GS game on Tuesday night. I know its preseason and neither team was really trying that much, but if that is any indication at all, Whiteside is gonna put up some monster numbers this year. Damn near every play they were looking to lob it up to him for easy buckets.

Jordan McRae, Kay Felder lead Cleveland's youth movement

As a crush of reporters surrounded second-year guard Jordan McRae to interview him about his game-high 20 points on 8-for-13 shooting to go with seven rebounds and five assists, James serenaded the Cavs' young talent from across the room.

Kay Felder 7/11 with 2 steals, 2 assists, 4 rebounds,

Jordan McRae...obviously this guy has it all figured out. Kay Felder two....i dunno aobut you guys- but its apparent in preseason Game #1 that these rookies will have no problems giving meaningful contributions this year. I mean they both amazing. I cannot overstate the importance of how good these rookies looked in 1 preseason game. So impressive.....how did they learn how to work together like that in such little time? Its obvious they should have no problems sharing the ball. Even Holmes was 5/10. I dont know who the fuck he is- but him, Mcrae and Felder have without a doubt created a perfect system where they instictinvely know where to pass and share the ball- no reason to even play them anymore in the preseason. Its all figured out. We know all we need to know after such a big time win in Preseason Game #1. Who needs Love, LeBron and Kyrie when you have McRae, Felder and Holmes all playing on a string like they have some fucking ESP?

I cannot wait to see what the Golden State Warrior's and Durant prove for us against Sacramento in the preseason tonight---instead of going to the Tribe game i justm ight stay home and watch it- If Durant has a good game I DEFINITELY think that means the Warriors will be able to share the ball under adversity in the playoffs a few months from now. :L
