To get rid of the spam emails, go to your email account, click on one of the emails from here, click on the place where it says to click if you want to stop them all (should be in blue), and then say yes to update the change. I did that and I'm no longer getting all the email notices.

Not sure how to get back to the page to change your avatars and so forth, but I would imagine it's on your fan page or that list up top next to the "alert" and "inbox" notice things right here on this page at the top right.

FYI I am not a huge NFL fan personally. I am all about college. I will watch 95% of college games over a pro game any day. But the Packers are still my favorite pro team although I wouldn't say I am hardcore about it.
