He has regressed in both AAA and here if I remember correctly. Whatever he accomplished before is great to remember, but for some reason he is not that pitcher any longer. I don't know if it had something to do with him being told to strike more people out or what, but something is wrong this year for him. Same with Nick. They should not have been in the rotation at this point to me. That is on JD and Banny and the organization.

I agree 100% with your last sentence. And I know that Chi Chi didn't "ask" to be promoted. But I still say getting clobbered like that by the lowly Twins twice in 10 days is epically bad and deserving of some feedback from the fans.

That is ridiculous. So 2 guys at a Black Lives Matter rally on issues in other cities kill police officers and think that justifies what has happened elsewhere. I hope they catch those guys.

the 2nd half of last season and the first half of this one, virtually makes a full season of this production, and it remains fairly constant overall. He is below a replacement player it seems and should be benched for anyone else.

Rangers' Yu Darvish: Throws a successful bullpen session

Darvish (shoulder) threw 32 pitches in the bullpen Thursday and he's expected to make a second rehab start over the weekend at Double-A Frisco, T.R, Sullivan of MLB.com reports.

Darvish is expected to need an additional rehab start following his upcoming effort this weekend, and the struggling Texas rotation will be welcoming him back with open arms. A return during the abbreviated week following the All-Star game seems unlikely but a return shortly thereafter seems a given.

Gonzalez's struggles continued Thursday against Minnesota, as he allowed nine hits and five walks in just 4.2 innings.

Gonzalez's third start was a continuation of his poor season, as he entered the start with 12 hits and four walks allowed in just 5.2 innings over two starts. Texas' rotation is in shambles at the moment, but it's all but certain that Gonzalez is on thin ice with Yu Darvish expected to return shortly after the All-Star break.

He wouldn't get another start if I was the manager, even if Darvish wasn't coming back
