Anyone else starting to lose a little bit of confidence in Dyson? Or perhaps he just needs to be paced better?

not I

hes gonna have some games where balls get through the infielders but overall he still has the potential to miss a bat and get a k too, like he did tonight.

Not me. If they get lucky against him he has another gear to work around jams. He is getting the results we need.

Lewin only got to call games for a playoff team ONCE in his career here. He had nothing else to talk about, cause Texas was terrible and his role was to fill the air. He knows his shit.

I just never cared for him, its probably bc of him that I can tune these guys' nonsense out

He has a dry sense of humor and I loved him. People complain about baseball being boring all the time. Lewin didn't make it boring and he actually got excited when Texas played well.

I get it, and to each their own

He also pitched 7 days out of the last 10.

And we can't keep doing this. Period.

Last week he was on pace for 75 outings, and if anything, it's increased.

Nothing but agreement from me. Diekman probably should have started the 9th. I thought that was the plan when he was warming.

they mentioned Scheppers back possibly, maybe he helps...........HAHA!

No but I do hope w Kela back the second half and hopefully Tolley getting right, they can get him fewer appearances in the second half. Positive was it was 14 pitches tonight and he's young, so it wasn't like 38 year old Nathan throwing 30 pitches :D

Can't answer ya.....But he's over-due to collapse.

I'm stubborn to a fault on arms. Scheppers is still just 29 years old.

That is a lot of innings on a reliever. It was 70 appearances the first year and 74 last...SO he's obviously been crazy efficient, but damn man.
